I kindly request at least 24-hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, allowing me to offer the slot to someone else. Sessions cancelled with less than 24-hours notice will incur a charge of up to 50% of the full session fee. If you need to cancel, please call or email me immediately.

Hypnotherapy services are not eligible for refunds due to the allocated time for each session. However, if there is an issue or concern with the session, we may offer a free session. The effectiveness of the therapy depends on various factors, including the client's mindset, commitment to change, and following instructions during and after the session.

While I always strive to help you achieve a successful outcome, I cannot guarantee specific results. Fees are payable for the therapist's time and expertise, regardless of the outcome. Results may vary from person to person. For pain management sessions, any medication changes must be obtained through medical support, and this appointment does not replace medical advice.

I adhere to the professional code of conduct outlined in the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) of which I am a member.
